Below we’ve highlighted some delicious variations of our gluten free mixes. Some recipes are designed to omit certain ingredients (like dairy) while others are just to add some new or exotic flavors. However, all of the variations and alterations below are taste-tested and approved by us. So go for it!

1 cup of nuts or seeds1 cup of dried fruits (we like chopped dates)
When developing new mixes, we always begin with the most
nutritious grains, use as much of them as possible, and then add the remaining grains
for good flavor, texture, density, and all the other adjectives that make our
mixes so delicious.
